Kendall Psychological Associates is offering comprehensive psychological, neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Please note that this service is only available at our Salem location.

Our services feature evaluations for:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

  • Childhood and Adult ADHD

  • Learning Disabilities

  • Processing Disorders

  • Assessing needs and capabilities following TBIs

  • Psychological evaluation for medical procedures

  • Assessing severity of cognitive impairment, memory impairment, or dementia

  • Personality assessment

  • Diagnostic clarification

  • Evaluations and recommendations for IEP services

  • Emotional/behavioral concerns

Additionally, we provide multi-dimensional evaluations for differential diagnoses and complex cases.  All assessments include results and recommendations which will provide helpful information for the treatment providers, schools, organizations, and medical professionals working with the patient. Additionally, the Autism evaluations meet Massachusetts DDS criteria for eligibility review. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and we do accept insurance coverage from BCBS for testing services, as well as self-pay options. If your insurance is not BCBS but you have out-of-network coverage some percentage of the cost may be covered. Evaluations include a full report of results and letters or other communication with doctors, psychiatrists, schools and universities. In-person advocacy services are available but are not included in the original cost of the evaluation.

Currently, we are providing hybrid assessments due to COVID-19. The initial intake appointment will be held virtually, and the evaluator and the patient will develop a plan to complete testing components either online or in person. All patients and evaluators must wear PPE and follow recommended hygiene practices while maintaining as much distance as possible during evaluations. Evaluators are required to sanitize testing materials and environments before and after each session. Results and follow up sessions will be provided through a virtual appointment.
